Established in 1991, Cadcom.co.uk has steadily grown above pace with the industry in the past decade whilst embracing the new technology which has revolutionized the way the majority of us now work and spend our leisure time. Our aim is to provide a friendly and approachable interface between you and your project whilst maintaining the high levels and standards required by modern construction industry professionals. The construction industry has rapidly evolved into a high-tech environment and we constantly strive to keep on top of new and emerging technologies. As a result, all of our staff are fully conversant in the software and hardware processes necessary to achieve the free flow of relevant information between ourselves and you the client. A typical example of this would be a building survey for refurbishment. We inspect the property and, after thorough investigative works, produce a report and a set of existing drawings. We then publish both onto a password protected site on the world wide web and email the client the password. The client then downloads the report and views the drawings online as soon as they are complete rather than waiting for snail mail. Then we put forward a set of proposals for the property and again publish online until the client is happy with the proposals. This saves time, money and printing costs for the client and means that the information can be retrieved anywhere there is a computer with an internet connection. We do of course still offer the traditional paper copy service via our CAD printing bureau to act as a hard copy. Typical instructions to us come via solicitors, banks, insurance companies, corporate clients, property developers and by word of mouth from previously satisfied clients.
